أعلنت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر أن مسؤولي الجيش السوري والثوّار في مدينة حمص وافقوا على طلب تقدمت به اللجنة لهدنة من أجل الدخول إلى المدينة. وسوف تقوم اللجنة الدولية خلال الهدنة بإجلاء مئات المحاصرين والمصابين العالقين في المدينة وإيصال المساعدات والإمدادات الطبية إلى فرع الهلال الأحمر في المدينة   وأعلنت الأمم المتّحدة بأنّها سوف تُبقي على بعثتها في سورية بعد عملية مراجعة لإجراء بعض التغييرات المحتملة. واشترط رئيس البعثة روبرت مود أن تخف حدة العنف بشكل كبير وأن تلتزم الحكومة والثوّار بسلامة وأمن وحرية حركة المراقبين قبل إعادة مزاولة مهامّهم. وأوضح مود أنّ البعثة ملتزمة أخلاقياً بعدم التخلي عن سورية وبمضاعفة جهودها   وقتلت قوّات النظام أكثر من 60 شخصاً اليوم، سقط منهم 17 في ريف دمشق إثر استمرار القصف العنيف في مدن دوما والزبداني، وعشرة في محافظة حماة إثر القصف المتجدّد في مدن حماة وكرناز وبلدات كفرنبودة وقبر فضة والتمانعة، وسبعة في محافظة درعا مع استمرار إطلاق النار الكثيف على بلدة خربة غزالة وقصف بلدة داعل   واستمرّت انتهاكات قوّات النظام عبر البلاد حيث قامت بشن حملات مداهمة واعتقال عشوائي تحت غطاء نار كثيف في حي التضامن في العاصمة وفي بلدات زملكا وعرطوز في الريف، وقصف مدن الرستن وتلبيسة والحولة في محافظة حمص وقرية دير سنبل وبلدة أرمناز في محافظة إدلب ومدن عندان والسحّارة والأتارب في محافظة حلب ومدن دير الزور والميادين وقرية الطيّانة، وإطلاق نار كثيف في مدينة البوكمال في محافظة دير الزور   أبرز المقاطع المصورة منبج، ريف حلب: المتظاهرون الأبطال يواجهون رصاص الأمن بصدورهم العارية، ج2 داعل، درعا: تشييع الطفلين محمد وإيناس الصبيحي اللذين قضيا تحت القصف، ج2 الرستن، حمص: تساقط الصواريخ على المدينة والنساء والأطفال يستغيثون، ج2
