أعلنت مصادر عن لجنة المراقبين الدولييّن أن النظام منع فريق المراقبين من التوجه إلى قريتي القبير ومعرزاف في ريف حماة للتحقّق من المجزرة المرتكبة. وأضافت المصادر أنّهم تعرّضوا لإطلاق نار بأسلحة صغيرة في طريقهم إلى القريتين. وكان الأمين العام بان كي مون قد صرّح في مجلس الأمن أن أسلحة ثقيلة ورصاصاً خارقاً للأدرع وطائرات دون طيار استُخدمت ضد المراقبين المنتشرين في سورية بشكل شبه يومي لإرغامهم على الانسحاب من المناطق التي تقوم قوّات النظام فيها بتنفيذ هجمات   وما زال الإضراب العام والعصيان المدني سارياً في العاصمة، حيث انتشرت الحملة لتصل إلى وادي بردى ومناطق أخرى من ريف دمشق   ظهرت تقارير تفيد بأنّ مروحيّات النظام قامت بإلقاء مواد فوق منطقة جبل شحشبو في محافظة حماة يعتقد أنها قنابل فوسفورية محظورة دوليّاً لمنع الثوّار من الاختباء في الجبال، بينما ظهرت تقارير أخرى تفيد قيام مروحيّات النظام برش مواد بيضاء على مناطق السهل وبصر الحرير وصور والهامر واللجاة في محافظة درعا. ويتعقد الأهالي أنّها أسلحة كيماوية نشرت لاستهداف اللاجئين الهرابين إلى الأردن   وقتلت قوّات النظام ما لا يقل عن 44 شخصاً اليوم، سقط معظمهم بسبب قصف النظام لمدينة الحفّة في محافظة اللاذقيّة ومدينة تلبيسة في محافظة حمص   وقامت قوّات النظام بإطلاق نار كثيف على مدن البوكمال والميادين في محافظة دير الزور، وقصف مدن تلبيسة والرستن وحمص وتلكلخ، واقتحام بلدة غباغب في محافظة درعا وسط إطلاق نار كثيف وقصف بلدة طفس، وإطلاق نار كثيف على أحياء برزة وركن الدين في العاصمة وقصف قريتي طفيل وعسال الورد وبلدتي الهامة ورنكوس في الريف   أبرز المقاطع المصورة القبير، حماة: مجزرة شنعاء ترتكبها عصابات الأسد الطائفية طالت أكثر من 140 مدنياً بينهم 40 طفلاً وامرأة، ج2 كفرسوسة، دمشق: العاصمة مزينة بأعلام الحرية تهتف لوطن حر خالٍ من عصابة آل الأسد مقطع فيديو مسرب لعصابات الأسد وهي تعذب أحد الأطفال ويفتخرون بكونهم أبناء الأسد +18 تلبيسة، حمص: مراسل قناة العربية يصور سلاح الجو السوري وهو يقصف المنازل والمساجد، والأهالي يفرون من منازلهم باحثين عن ملاذ آمن، ج2، ج3، ج4
