قامت قوّات الأسد بتفجيرين لمبانٍ أمنيّة لإلقاء اللوم على
المتظاهرين قبل وصول بعثة جامعة الدول العربيّة. وقد تمّ التفجير في مقرّ
إدارة أمن الدولة وفرعاً أمنياً آخر في دمشق عبر سيّارات ملغّمة حسب ما
أعلن النظام. إلّا أنّ التفجيرين حدثا في مناطق مُحصّنة يتعذر على السيارات
غير المصرح لها باختراقها. والأهم من ذلك فقد انفجر الطابق العلوي فقط من
إحدى المباني وبقيت الطوابق السفلى دون ضرر مع أنّ التفجير كان بقُربها.
وبعد ثلاثة عشر دقيقة فقط من سماع أصوات الانفجارات كشف الإعلام الأسدي
خيوط المسرحية و عرفوا الفاعل؛ فحسب التلفزيون الرسمي السوري فإنّ تنظيم
القاعدة يتحمّل المسؤولية وعميلها في سورية منير البنجالي، إلّا أنّ منير
في السعوديةّ حاليّاً. وفوق ذلك، يقول أحد مراقبي جامعة الدول العربية أن
تكدس أشلاء القتلى في مكان ذي مساحة محدودة وفي محيط دائري لبؤرة الانفجار
يدل على أن الجثث كانت قد وُضعت مسبقاً قبل التفجير، وبعضها قد تم إضافتها
بعد التفجير، وأن الدماء القانية اللون تُفيد بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك أنها
لم تتعرض لضغط أو حرارة أي تفجير
قام النظام بقتل 44 شخصاً في التفجيرين -حسب تقاريره-
وإصابة أكثر من 150 لمحاولة خداع بعثة الجامعة. إن هذه العمليّة تهدف إلى
تخويف بعثة المراقبين العربية وتخويف العالم الغربي بفزّاعة القاعدة وتخويف
الشعب من الانفلات الأمني الكامل والتفجيرات العشوائية. واستفاد النظام
أيضاً من الانفجار في الخلاص من جثث عدد من الشهداء بوضعها في مكان
الانفجار وفي تبرير وجود قوات أمنية للنظام في الشوارع أمام بعثة المراقبين
بحجة حفظ الأمن. ويُذكر أنّ بعض المصادر في الداخل تُرجّح حصول المزيد من
الانفجارات في حلب. وعلى الأغلب فسوف تُلاحق هذه الانفجارات البعثة، حيث
كلّفت البعثة نفسها بتبليغ نظام الأسد عن الأماكن التي ستذهب إليها، بحيث
يستطيع النظام إيقاف القتل فيها وتحضير شهود العيان
وقتلت قوّات الأسد اليوم 28 شخصاً على الأقل، مُعظمهم
سقطوا في حمص وإدلب. وقد خرجت مظاهرات تنادي ضد البروتوكول العربي في ما
سمّي بجمعة "بروتوكول الموت" إشارة إلى بروتوكول جامعة الدول العربية الذي
وقّعته حكومة الأسد والذي أدّى إلى مقتل أكثر من 350 شخصاً إلى الآن. وقد
طالب المتظاهرون وفد بعثة مراقبي جامعة الدول العربية بإحضار القليل من
الطعام والكثير من الأكفان. وما زالت دير الزور تتعرّض لحملة عسكريّة حيث
تمّ اقتحام القوريّة بالعشرات من المدرّعات والدبابات، بينما لا تزال حمص
تحت القصف وحماة تحت الحصار وإدلب تحت الاجتياح

of Death” because since the signing of the Arab League’s protocol more
than 350 have been killed.

Summary of Events
In preparation for the arrival of the Arab League observers’ mission to
Syria, Assad’s forces bombed two security buildings and blamed the
demonstrators. According to the regime, cars wired with explosives
driven by suicide bombers targeted the top State Security Administration
building and another Security base in Kafarsouseh in the heart of
Damascus. This is despite the fact that any vehicle approaching close
proximity to those buildings will have to go through several check
points and will be searched in addition to being required to carry
permits to enter these buildings. Furthermore, only the top floors were
burnt and damaged by the explosions, while the first two floors were
left unscratched, despite the fact that cars were used to attack the
buildings not airplanes. Impressively, the regime’s media outlets were
able to pin-point the perpetrators only after 13 minutes of the
explosions, blaming al-Qaeda and their agent Munir al-Binjali. However,
al-binjali was later found to be alive in Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, an
Arab League observer said that the manner in which corpses were piled up
in a limited circular space around the explosion show that they have
been set up beforehand, while the dry blood shows that the corpses were
dead prior to the explosion and were not subjected to heat.
In its attempt to deceive the Arab League, the regime allegedly killed
at least 44 in the explosion today, and injured more than 150. This
operation does not only aim to deceive the League, but also to
intimidate it, scare the world with Al-Qaeda, and scare Syrians with
unrest and random explosions if the Assad rule were to fall. The regime
has also used the explosion to justify many of the killings, and the
presence of security forces in residential areas. According to inside
sources, more explosions are planned out for Damascus and Aleppo. These
explosions will probably target the locations where the League’s
observers mission are set to visit. This is because the mission
ironically pledged to notify the regime of all of its destinations ahead
of time and before they depart from their headquarters, giving the
regime enough time to hold off the killing spree and prepare witnesses.
In addition to those killed in the explosions, Assad’s forces killed 28
civilians today, mostly in Homs and Idlib. Demonstrations broke out in
what was deemed the Friday of the “Protocol of Death”, pointing out how
the Arab League’s protocol signed by the regime has led to the death of
more than 350 until now. Demonstrators chanted by asking observers to
bring some food and a lot of coffins with them. Deir Azzour is still
under a heavy military campaign, as the city of Quriya was invaded with
more than 60 tanks and armoured units. Meanwhile Homs is still under
heavy shelling, Hama is still besieged, and Idlib is undergoing a
massive incursion and sweep
